The Armoury’s speciality is bringing a depth of knowledge and passion to your project that will help you capture your music in a way you never thought was possible. The Armoury is also one of NZ’s most experienced music recording studios (formerly STL Audio) with over a decade of operation and over 2000 songs recorded, we’ve made hundreds of very happy artists, bands, managers and fans. You’ve most likely already heard something either recorded, mixed or mastered by us.

The Armoury is a fully equipped facility that integrates classic vintage studio hardware and microphones with hi-definition recording via Pro Tools HDX. We’ve recorded music of all genres from acoustic to brutal death metal – music has no boundaries so why should The Armoury?
