Te Māngai Pāho is a Crown-funded agency that makes funds available for the production of content in Te Reo Māori for multi-platform distribution.
Te Māngai Pāho has allocated $1.2 million (plus GST) to Waiata Reo Māori music projects and industry for 2021-22. Music artists and producers with a mātanga reo are encouraged to apply for contribution toward the recording and promotion of reo Māori singles, EPs and albums.
